1. INTRODUCTION

Pliza Gems ships worldwide, and we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience to all international customers. However, due to global logistics, customs regulations, currency conversions, and international shipping complexities, the return and refund policies differ from domestic orders.

By placing an international order, you agree to all terms in this policy.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY

International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on location.
Customs delays may extend delivery timelines.
Duties, taxes, and customs charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

Pliza Gems is not responsible for customs delays, charges, or restrictions of your country.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (INTERNATIONAL)

International returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged or defective.
Product received is incorrect.
Product is significantly different from what was described.

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

Customer changed their mind
Wrong order placed by customer
Incorrect size or color preference
No unboxing video
Damage caused after delivery
Packages refused due to customs fees
Discounted or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made items

4. RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

International customers must submit a return request within 72 hours of delivery.
Requests after 72 hours will not be accepted.

5. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO

A continuous, clear unboxing video is required to approve any international return.

The video must show:

The package before opening
Complete unboxing
Product clearly visible
Any damage or defect

Without video proof, return/refund will be rejected.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COST (INTERNATIONAL)

If the error is from our side, we may offer a prepaid return label (if available in your country) OR provide partial compensation for return shipping.
If the error is from customer side, the customer must pay the full international return shipping cost.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Some countries may not support return labels; in such cases, customers must use a reliable courier.

7. REFUND PROCESS (INTERNATIONAL)

Once we receive the returned item:

Inspection takes 3–7 business days.
After approval, refund is processed to the original payment method.

Refund time required:

5–15 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)

We are not responsible for:

Currency conversion differences
International banking delays
Transfer fee deductions from banks or gateways

8. NON-REFUNDABLE INTERNATIONAL ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable:

Customized or personalized items
Discounted/sale products
Items without proper unboxing video
Items seized by customs
Packages returned due to unpaid customs duties

9. ORDER CANCELLATION (INTERNATIONAL)

International orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Custom-made orders cannot be canceled at any stage.

10. LOST OR DAMAGED INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

If the shipment is lost in transit:

Investigation with courier may take 10–30 business days.
After official confirmation, a replacement or refund may be issued.

If the package is marked delivered but stolen afterward:

We cannot issue refunds for theft after delivery confirmation.
