8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Pliza Gems is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

     

  • No one available at the address during delivery

     

  • Customer not answering calls from delivery personnel

     

In such cases:

  • The courier may attempt delivery again OR

     

  • The parcel may be returned to us

     

Re-shipping charges may apply for returned orders.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit:

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to locate it

     

  • This process may take 7–15 business days

     

  • If confirmed lost, we may issue a replacement or refund

     

Stolen packages after delivery confirmation are not covered.
